H5111 Double Row 5-Ton Sugar Beet Harvester

It is a double-row combined harvester that performs the topping, lifting, cleaning, storing, and unloading of sugar beets all in a single operation. It is attached to the tractor's drawbar.

Equipped with 5 pumps integrated into a reinforced gearbox, it features specially designed systems for operating in muddy fields and separating weeds from the sugar beets. A beater system positioned between the lifting blades makes it highly efficient in muddy conditions. In our H5111 model, the hopper lifting arms feature a parallel linkage design; while the hopper reaches a discharge height of 435 cm, its angle with the ground does not exceed 30 degrees. This ensures a much faster unloading process.

The hydraulic system's oil reservoir is mounted directly on the machine, and it uses number 46 hydraulic oil. An automatic tracking system ensures easier operation of the equipment. Both the row spacing and digging depth adjustments are fully automated. It also features a specially designed dual-wheel system to minimize crop loss during the initial harvesting passes in the field.
