Chisel Plowing

This machine is designed to be attached to the rear of a tractor using a standard three-point hitch system. Its robust steel frame is manufactured with a rigid structure capable of withstanding high resistance beneath the soil. It features curved, thick steel shanks designed to deeply break up and loosen the soil. At the leading end of each shank, where it first contacts the soil, there are wear-resistant pointed tips that can be replaced when necessary.

The main function of this implement is to break through the hardpan, which forms as a result of years of shallow tillage operations such as plowing and restricts the movement of water and roots. By vertically ripping and loosening the soil without turning it over, this process improves water infiltration and water-holding capacity, enhances soil aeration, and allows plant roots to penetrate deeper and access nutrients more easily. As a result, it directly contributes to improving the physical structure of the soil and increasing agricultural productivity.
